I have always dreamed about owning my own bakery. I was diagnosed with severe Rheumatoid arthritis in 2008, one month after i was married. I have tried every medication there is and all faied. Except for the one I am on currently. It is a life saver. I haven't felt this good in 7 years. 

I am a home based baker. I am not formally trained, except from my grandmother who was one of the BEST cooks ever.  

I normally make cakes, cookies, cheescake, etc for friends and family. But recently everyone has been telling me to start baking for other people for a profit. 

I bake becasue I love it. It makes me happy to see others enjoy my creations.
